You will need:

• Alabama Driver License Number and expiration date for each registered owner.
• Valid Alabama motor vehicle insurance card with NAIC number, policy number, and VIN to be faxed, emailed, or mailed
• Visa, MasterCard, or Discover
• Tag Number
• Address and daytime phone number
• Email documents to insurance@mobilecountylc.com - only if requested.
• Fax Number: (251) 574-1899
